Material

To build a shelter, we need materials to form the roof, the walls, and the floor of our shelter. In the ideal case, these materials should be fully natural, which means, that they are found in nature and can return to nature when our shelter is not used any more.

Natural building materials are:

• clay
• cob
• straw
• wood
