Yoga

The way of yoga consists of eight elements (cp. Yogasutra: 2.28):

• diciplines of human conduct - yama?
• rules of everyday life - niyama?
• body posture - asana?
• regulation of breath - pranayama?
• connect the senses with your inner world - pratyahara?
• persistend direction of the mind - dharana?
• peaceful deliberation - dhyana?
• enlightenment - samadhi?

We can support each other on our way through this steps, but we everyone goes it's own way of life.
