BuildMost of the humans in the world live in houses. Some others have to live in or are satisfied with a simple shelter. The need for a shelter is one of the basic human needs. We could be so free, if we use the materials, that mother nature offers us. There is an WIkipedia article on natural building. I want to invite you to listen to Jon Jandai's story of how he build his houses by himself: "Life is easy. Why do we make it so hard?" Jon Jandai at TED x Doi Suthep. Simon Dale build some awesome low impact natural buildings which he describes on his website and on this YouTube clip. He is part of Wales' first authorised 'low-impact' ecovillage, brought into this world by the Lammas project. |
